DELIVERY OPTIONS

Our delivery options may vary. View what’s currently available at checkout.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other NZPost or DHL delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Stacey Rose Illustration’s reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Auckland, New Zealand and so we follow any Auckland Public Holidays. 

DELIVERY WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

All orders placed within New Zealand are shipped by NZPOST. This is a tracked service and may require a signature on delivery, the exception being stickers which are sent untracked (unless a larger order or upgraded shipping).

All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the order and location of delivery.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND

Please note: Due to the current world health crisis and the decrease of planes leaving New Zealand, the shipping prices provided by international postal services has increased for international orders.

International orders can choose NZ Post or International Courier Service.

NZ POST – All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based a flat rate of shipping.

International Courier Service – $100 flat rate for print only orders and $170 flat rate for all other product orders (this will be the only shipping option available for customers located in the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Kenya and Saudi Arabia, Russia please email shop@staceyroseillustrations.com to discuss your shipping options).

International delivery update:

International deliveries are ongoing but remain affected by COVID-19. Some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Please bear in mind that:

  • restrictions and capacity constraints are causing delays in most countries
  • some countries are not currently accepting parcels
  • items may be held longer than usual by NZ and overseas customs authorities
  • all estimates are for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer

TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS

For delivery to countries outside of NZ, your order may be subjected to import taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Stacey Rose Illustrations has no control over how these local fees are calculated or assigned. Stacey Rose Illustrations is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped.

Please note in accordance with NZ export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed and is on its way to you, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the link to the NZ POST or INTERNATIOAL COURIER WEBSITE
