HOW DO I COMMISSION STACEY FOR AN ILLUSTRATION?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE A STACEY ROSE FINE ART PRINT?

Stacey Rose fine art prints are made to order and will take 5 – 10 business days to be processed and dispatched.

All fine art prints are hand-signed by Stacey Rose before being packaged ready for shipping. If you have opted to have your print made locally to avoid taxes, then Stacey will add a digital signature with the date.

Please note, you will be notified if Stacey is away at the time your print order is placed, as the print will be put on hold until she returns.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE A PRINT WITH OTHER PRODUCTS?

As prints are processed in a different location, please expect your prints to arrive in a separate shipment to your other Stacey Rose products.

CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel or swap items within your order. Please note, we are unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.

If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible via shop@staceyroseillustrations.com and we’ll see what we can do.

WHERE ARE STACEY ROSE PRODUCTS STOCKED?

Stacey Rose products are currently exclusively sold through the Stacey Rose Illustrations website. 

 

ARE STACEY ROSE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR WHOLESALE?

A select range of Stacey Rose Illustrations products are currently available for wholesale. If you are interested in stocking Stacey Rose products, please get in touch at shop@staceyroseillustrations.com

CAN I LICENSE STACEY ROSE ART?

Yes! Please get in touch via shop@staceyroseillustrations.com to discuss your options. 

MY PARCEL IS LATE OR MISSING, WHAT DO I DO?

** Please note with the current world health crisis, orders are taking longer to arrive at their destinations. Please allow extra time for orders to arrive.**

Please contact our customer service team via shop@staceyroseillustrations.com as soon as your order meets any of the below conditions:

If your shipping address is within New Zealand:

•  Your item hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery time

If your shipping address is outside of Australia:

•  International Courier or Express item hasn’t arrived within 7 business day of the estimated delivery time

•  International Standard item hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery time

•  If you are an international customer, your parcel may be at your local customs office awaiting the payment of tax charges. For more information please see Taxes, duties and tariffs under the “Shipping” page.

You can submit an enquiry at any time, of course, and we’ll investigate as soon as we can. By noting these timeframes, our team will be able to lodge an investigation with our courier and postal services on your behalf.
