Our delivery options may vary. View what's currently available at checkout.
If you place your order over a weekend or on New Zealand public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other NZ or DHL delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Stacey Rose Illustrations reasonable control. Online print and paper goods orders are processed from Auckland, New Zealand so we follow Auckland's public holiday schedule. Some products are shipped from artisan manufacturers overseas so may be subject to their own holidays.
DELIVERY WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
All orders placed within New Zealand are shipped by NZPOST. This is a tracked service and requires a signature on delivery.
We ship with a flat rate, so you won't get charged extra for rural delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
Please note: Due to the current world health crisis and the decrease of planes leaving New Zealand, the shipping prices provided by international postal services has increased for international orders.

Standard shipping for $25
Express international for $45
If express shipping is not available on a product and you have selected it, you will be refunded. Please note we are not liable for any delays due to post.
International delivery update:
International deliveries are ongoing but remain affected by COVID-19. Some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Please bear in mind that:
- restrictions and capacity constraints are causing delays in most countries
- some countries are not currently accepting parcels
- items may be held longer than usual by New Zealand and overseas customs authorities
- all estimates are for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer
Please be aware that items that are sent via Express International services are subject to additional security checks as part of the export process from New Zealand. These additional checks may include physical examination of the contents of your item and are undertaken by our delivery partner for this service, DHL Express. Where items are gift wrapped, they may be unwrapped or opened to complete these inspections. Where this does occur, best efforts will be undertaken to ensure that gift wrapped items are rewrapped, however this may not always be possible.

TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS
For delivery to countries outside of New Zealand, your order may be subjected to import taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Stacey Rose Illustrations has no control over how these local fees are calculated or assigned. Stacey Rose Illustrations is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped.
Please note in accordance with New Zealand export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed and is on its way to you, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the link to the New Zealand Post or Courier website/tracking
